　　在重庆荣昌区国家级生猪大数据中心内的智能猪场养殖监测屏幕上，四川绵阳养殖户戴富珍猪场、攀枝花市泽燕家庭农场以及重庆维衡猪场的实时画面正在显示。猪舍的环控监测、排水情况，猪的体征数据和进食饮水情况、站立或躺卧形态等信息一目了然。养殖户和企业主通过这些可视化信息，可第一时间研判生猪健康状况。

　　“从没想过猪能科学化养殖到如此精细，有这么多智能化手段为它服务。”澳大利亚澳华电视传媒副总编辑杨军参观荣昌区国家级生猪大数据中心后大呼意想不到。

　　14日，“行走中国·2023海外华文媒体高层川渝行”参访团走进重庆荣昌区国家级生猪大数据中心，立刻被这套智能养殖监测系统吸引。这套设备可为生猪中小养殖场及养殖户提供智能化解决方案。通过这套系统，可实现对生猪的智能监控、科学喂养。

　　On the monitoring screens of the intelligent pig farms located within the national big data center for pig farming in Rongchang District,Chongqing,real-time footage from Sichuan Mianyang's Daifuzhen pig farm,Panzhihua Zeyan Family Farm,and Chongqing Weiheng pig farm are being displayed.Information such as environmental monitoring of the pig pens,drainage situation,physical indicators of pigs,and their eating,drinking,standing,or lying down posture are all clearly visible.By utilizing these visualized data,breeders and business owners can quickly judge the health status of the pigs。

　　荣昌区地处成渝地区双城经济圈腹心地带，是川渝合作的桥头堡。作为我国地方三大优良猪种，荣昌猪是重庆畜牧业的金字招牌，而四川是全国唯一的优质商品猪战略保障基地，如何协同做强生猪产业链？荣昌交出了自己的答卷。

　　在荣昌区国家级生猪大数据中心内，众多屏幕上显示着生猪产业的各类信息，全国生猪原饲料价格趋势、每周生猪价格趋势、全国猪肉消费量走势预测等信息，通过大屏幕实时更新。

　　Rongchang District is located in the heart of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,which is a key area for Sichuan-Chongqing cooperation.As one of China's three excellent local pig breeds,Rongchang pigs are the golden signature of Chongqing's livestock industry.Sichuan is the only strategic base for high-quality commercial pig in the country,so how can they work together to strengthen the pig industry chain?Rongchang has presented its own answer。

　　“这些信息是生猪产业的‘风向标’和‘晴雨表’，可以为国家生猪产业宏观调控、疫病防控、监测预警和稳产保供等提供决策参考。”荣昌区国家级生猪大数据中心副主任秦友平对记者说，川渝生猪存栏量占全国六分之一，但中小养殖户数量多，如何降本增效是这些养殖户迫切希望解决的问题。这套智能猪场养殖监测系统不仅可以降本增效，还能让监管精细化，养殖标准化和规范化。

　　秦友平介绍，该中心研发的智能猪场养殖监测系统包含“智慧养殖、粪污、溯源等区域化综合服务大平台”和9个子平台(系统)成果，形成6套针对从200头至10000头不同规模养殖场的智能养殖“荣昌示范”，目前已在川渝两地试点推广，免费提供给养殖户使用。不到一年时间，这套系统已在川渝几百个中小型猪场投入使用，覆盖一千多万头生猪养殖。

　　智能猪场养殖监测系统只是川渝共养“一头猪”的一个篇章。荣昌区国家级生猪大数据中心在成渝地区的合作实效已初步显现。2020年6月，荣昌区国家级生猪大数据中心首个分中心在四川内江正式运行，两地打通了平台数据，初步实现了技术共享、模式共享、数据共享。

　　此后，国家级生猪大数据中心四川自贡运营中心落地、国家级生猪大数据中心四川江油种业分中心投入使用……如今，川渝两地已建立国家生猪大数据中心区域中心(市场)超10个，共享生猪产业数据逾亿条。两地还共同发布了《川渝生猪产业·能繁母猪存栏指数》，对养殖户进行精准指导，推进川渝生猪产业产、供、消融合发展。

　　"These pieces of information are the'compass'and'barometer'of the pig industry and can provide decision-making references for macro-regulation,epidemic prevention and control,monitoring and early warning,stable production,and supply of the national pig industry,"said Qin Youping,the deputy director of the national big data center for pig farming in Rongchang District,to reporters.Sichuan and Chongqing account for one-sixth of the national pig population,but there are many small and medium-sized breeders,and how to reduce costs and increase efficiency is a problem that these breeders urgently want to solve.This intelligent pig farming monitoring system not only reduces costs and increases efficiency but also allows for more refined supervision and standardized breeding。

　　Qin Youping explained that the intelligent pig farming monitoring system developed by the center includes a"regionalized comprehensive service platform for intelligent farming,manure,and traceability,"as well as nine sub-platforms(systems)，forming six sets of intelligent pig farming models for different-scale farms ranging from200to10,000pigs.It has been piloted and promoted for free to breeders in Sichuan and Chongqing,and in less than a year,it has been used in hundreds of small and medium-sized pig farms in the two regions,covering more than10million pigs。

　　The intelligent pig farming monitoring system is just one chapter of the joint pig farming project between Sichuan and Chongqing.The cooperative effectiveness of the national big data center for pig farming in Rongchang District in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle has already begun to show.In June2020,the first branch center of the national big data center for pig farming in Rongchang District was officially launched in Neijiang,Sichuan,and the two regions were connected with platform data,realizing initial technology sharing,model sharing,and data sharing。

　　Since then,the Sichuan Zigong Operation Center of the national big data center for pig farming has been established,and the Sichuan Jiangyou Breeding Industry Branch Center of the national big data center for pig farming has been put into use.Currently,more than10regional centers(markets)of the national big data center for pig farming have been established in Sichuan and Chongqing,and the shared pig industry data has exceeded100million pieces.The two regions have also jointly released the"Sichuan-Chongqing Pig Industry Breeding Sow Inventory Index,"providing accurate guidance to breeders and promoting the integrated development of Sichuan-Chongqing's pig industry production,supply,and consumption。

　　参访团一行走进荣昌区安富街道普陀村，沿着村里的沥青路向西，是四川内江隆昌市石燕桥镇三合村。两村交界处，“成渝现代高效特色农业带内荣合作园区”“双昌智慧猪场”几个大字招牌矗立在丘陵山头。

　　荣昌与隆昌山水相依，长期以来，荣昌和隆昌两地产业高度趋同，两地村民们几乎家家户户养猪，但养殖规模不大，虽然有好品种却没有形成好产业。

　　2022年6月，川渝两省市明确共同打造特色农业带，整合3个跨省农业合作园区，以生猪和粮油园区为产业共建的“双昌”合作园成为其中之一。在此背景下，荣昌与隆昌共同出资金、土地，建设双昌智慧猪场。该猪场采用人工智能科学饲养，AI监控生长环境，全园区净化系统将为猪们送去优质的食物和水。

　　荣昌区农业农村委发展规划科科长唐小莉告诉记者，双昌智慧猪场已完成了主体施工，将在今年内投入使用。届时，荣昌猪和内江猪的种猪都将在此“安营扎寨”。这里打破了行政区划的界限和壁垒，协调两地资源要素合理配置，共同做大做强产业，将发挥1+1>2的效应。

　　The visiting delegation went to Putuo Village in Anfu Street,Rongchang District and traveled westward along the asphalt road,arriving at Sanhe Village in Shiyinqiao Town,Longchang City,Sichuan Province.At the boundary of the two villages,several large signs,such as the"Chengyu Modern and Efficient Characteristic Agriculture Belt-Ronghe Cooperative Park"and"Shuangchang Intelligent Pig Farm,"were erected on the hilltop。

　　Rongchang and Longchang are closely connected by mountains and water.For a long time,the two places have had highly similar industries,and almost every household raises pigs,but the scale of breeding is not large,and although there are good breeds,there has been no good industry formed。

　　In June2022,Sichuan and Chongqing provinces and cities clearly defined their joint efforts to build characteristic agricultural belts,integrating three inter-provincial agricultural cooperation parks.The"Shuangchang"cooperation park,which is jointly built with the pig and grain and oil parks,is one of them.Against this backdrop,Rongchang and Longchang jointly invested in money and land to build the Shuangchang Intelligent Pig Farm.The pig farm adopts AI scientific feeding,and AI monitors the growth environment,while the whole park's purification system provides pigs with high-quality food and water。

　　Tang Xiaoli,the head of the Development Planning Division of the Agricultural and Rural Commission of Rongchang District,told reporters that the Shuangchang Intelligent Pig Farm has completed the main construction and will be put into operation within this year.At that time,the Rongchang and Neijiang pigs'breeding pigs will be stationed here.Here,the administrative boundaries and barriers have been broken,and the rational allocation of resources and factors has been coordinated between the two places,jointly expanding and strengthening the industry,which will achieve a1+1>2effect。
